These terms apply to temporadasusa.net and to every order you place with Temporadas USA Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Temporadas USA," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them, especially the section on all sales being final.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. We ship only to addresses in the United States. Wholesale orders by the dozen are handled separately by phone or email and are governed by the written terms on the wholesale invoice, not by the website checkout.

2. Our products

We sell knit Christmas sweaters for dogs with a removable LED light module. The sweaters are 100% acrylic, imported, and come in sizes XS, S, and M.

• Descriptions and colors. We do our best to describe each sweater accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and knit patterns can vary slightly from one sweater to the next.
• Images. Some product and dog images on the site are AI-generated renderings based on real photos of the product. They are there to illustrate how the sweater looks and glows, not as an exact guarantee of fit on your dog.
• Sizing. Choosing the right size is your responsibility. We publish a size guide with measurements in inches and centimeters. Please measure your dog before ordering. Because all sales are final, we cannot exchange a sweater that does not fit.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. One sweater is $49.99. Sweaters in one order are priced as bundles, with any designs and sizes mixed: a bundle of 2 is $90 ($45 each), a bundle of 3 is $120 ($40 each), and a bundle of 4 is $140 ($35 each). Larger orders are split into as many bundles of 4 as fit, plus one bundle of the 1, 2 or 3 sweaters left over. For example, 5 sweaters are $140 + $49.99 = $189.99, and 6 sweaters are $140 + $90 = $230. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Quantities are limited to the stock on hand.

You pay on our own checkout page, using a secure payment form provided by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects and processes your card details directly, so our site never sees or stores your card number. Depending on your device, the form may also offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link, Stripe's saved-payment service. Stripe emails your receipt.

We may cancel an order before it ships if we suspect fraud, if the item is out of stock, or if the price shown was a clear mistake. If we cancel an order for any of these reasons, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds, replacements, and reshipments are available only in the cases listed in our Refund Policy: an order we cancel, a late shipment, a claim under our 7-Day Limited Warranty, a package lost in transit, and the wrong item.

Sales tax, where we are required to collect it, is added at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Shipping

• Where. United States only; we do not ship internationally. We also cannot ship to freight forwarders.
• Cost. Shipping is free.
• Timing. Orders ship from Miami, Florida within 3 to 5 business days. We email you carrier tracking when your order ships. Delivery times after that depend on the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume are outside our control.
• If we cannot ship on time. If we cannot ship within 3 to 5 business days, we will email you before that window ends with a new ship date. You can agree to the new date or cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method. Details are in our Refund Policy.
• Risk of loss. Except where state law requires otherwise, a package becomes your responsibility once the carrier marks it delivered to the address you gave us. If a package never arrives, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to track it down. If it is lost in transit, we will reship it or refund you as our Refund Policy describes.
• Wrong address. Please check your shipping address carefully before you pay. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.

5. All sales are final

The exceptions, each explained in our Refund Policy:

• We cancel your order for fraud, a stock problem, or a clear pricing error: full refund.
• We cannot ship within 3 to 5 business days: you can cancel for a full refund.
• Our 7-Day Limited Warranty: if your sweater or its LED module arrives damaged, or the LED module does not light up with a fresh battery, we send a free replacement, or a full refund if that design and size is sold out. Tell us within 7 days of delivery.
• Your package is lost in transit: free reshipment, or a full refund if that design and size is sold out.
• We ship you the wrong item: we make it right at no cost. Tell us within 7 days of delivery.

A sweater that does not fit, or a change of mind, is not an exception.

6. Product use and safety

Our sweaters are pet apparel, not toys. Please use them responsibly:

• Supervise your dog while wearing the sweater, especially the first few times.
• Remove the LED module before washing. Machine wash cold, air dry, no bleach, no iron.
• Coin battery warning. The LED module uses a coin battery. Keep the module, the battery, and any small parts away from children and pets. A swallowed coin battery can cause severe internal burns within 2 hours. If you suspect a child or pet swallowed one, get emergency medical or veterinary help immediately. The US National Battery Ingestion Hotline is 1-800-498-8666.
• Stop using the sweater or the LED module if either is damaged, frayed, chewed, or wet inside.
• Do not leave a dog unattended in the sweater for long periods, and remove it if your dog shows any discomfort.

You are responsible for using the product safely and for your dog's wellbeing while wearing it.

7. Intellectual property

The Temporadas USA name, logo, product designs, photographs, renderings, and site content belong to Temporadas USA Group LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, or use them commercially without our written permission. You are welcome to share photos of your own dog in our sweater.

8. Limited warranty

We give the original purchaser a 7-Day Limited Warranty. If your sweater or its LED module arrives damaged, or the LED module does not light up with a fresh battery, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a replacement at no cost, or a full refund if that design and size is sold out. The full warranty, including what it does not cover, is in our Refund Policy.

We make no other express warranties. Any implied warranties you have under state law are not affected. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temporadas USA Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by a defective product where the law provides otherwise.

10. Your responsibility to us

If your misuse of a product, violation of these terms, or violation of any law causes a claim against Temporadas USA Group LLC, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur as a result.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, contact us first at temporadasusa@gmail.com and give us 30 days to work it out with you informally. If we cannot resolve it, any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. These terms do not require arbitration and do not limit your right to go to court, including small claims court.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

13. Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
